It is mildly warm at lower elevation and at higher elevation the mountain views are excellent and temperature is quite moderate.

Summer (Jun – Aug):

Summit starting June mid-September makes travel wet and warm. These times are ideal for keen botanist as the higher valleys and meadows blossom with flowers and lush vegetation.

Trekking in rain-protected area – Upper Mustang and Upper Dolpo Trek could be an ideal trek option.
